Have you ever just wanted to throw your hands in the air and give up when it comes to health & nutrition? One week something is good for you, the next it isn't?!?! Huh?

One of the biggest barriers to healthy living is the overabundance of health and nutrition information circling in our world (most of which is not from credible sources, and much of which is so confusing and conflicting). None of this leaves us more informed, or healthier for that matter. 

My Masters Degree in Public Health & Nutrition taught me how to do proper research, focus only on what is credible & backed by science, and deliver that info to you (while leaving the nonsense behind).

What good does a bunch of info do for you if you can't understand it, or don't actually know how to implement it? How many hours have you wasted googling things about nutrition and wellness that left you feeling even more frustrated or confused?

Health information and messages are often super complicated, which makes them really hard for us to understand and actually use in our lives. That's where I come in to break it down for you! 

My Bachelors Degree in Communications has taught me how to break down health & nutrition info in a way that is simple, straightforward, and easy for everyone to understand. This approach empowers you to be able to make healthier choices, helps you to establish positive attitude and behaviors, and allows you to enjoy learning about health, nutrition, & wellness.

Do you ever feel like there are so many roadblocks holding you back from living your best, healthiest life? Maybe it's time, money, or even your own mindset that makes it difficult to change your health habits. I know you're busy trying to do 'all the things', but you can't pour from an empty cup.

Over the years I've struggled with things that have made it feel almost impossible to take care of myself, but ultimately I learned how to overcome those barriers.

Working full-time, going to grad school, taking care of family responsibilities, and trying to have some semblance of a social life all at the same time taught me so much about juggling it all while still being able to live a healthy lifestyle.  

While I provide you with information about health & wellness, I don't just leave you hanging there. I also teach you the tools, tips, and inspiration needed to overcome your own struggles, so that you can actually make healthy, lasting changes in your life.

Do you ever feel like you don't have the knowledge, motivation, or belief in yourself to live a healthier lifestyle that lasts for the long-term?

My ultimate goal is to make you self-sufficient and empowered to make the healthiest choices in any situation (whether you have no time, you're on vacation, you're eating at a restaurant), because hello - life happens! But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to enjoy yourself while also living a healthy lifestyle!

While I will always be here to support you & be your biggest cheerleader, I don't want you to NEED me long-term.
