I'm Kailey Meitzler.
I'm a wellness expert and former chronic dieter who helps women change their habits, mindset, and break down barriers so that they’re able to achieve and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle without dieting, deprivation, or dread.
My philosophy centers around mindful eating, a whole-person approach to health, debunking diet culture, and promoting body positivity and self-empowerment. Through an engaging mixture of inspiration, strategies, and evidence-based information, I help my clients to empower themselves and their health, make peace with food and their bodies, and find lasting food freedom.
I hold a Master's Degree in Public Health Nutrition and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism. This unique combination of education allows me to do proper research regarding health and nutrition information, focus only on what is evidence-based, and break down and communicate that information in a way that is easy for others to understand and implement.
After years of struggling with chronic dieting and poor body image myself, I now combine equal parts of my education and personal experience to teach and empower others to make a healthy lifestyle simple, enjoyable, and maintainable in the long run.
